Debugging topics added to the FAQ page

Three new entries were added to the FAQ page.

• Why my breakpoints are not effective and execution stops somewhere else?
• How to single-step empty loops?
• Why the debugging flow with -Og is sometimes jumpy?

These problems are caused by bugs, or at least odd behaviours, of GCC+GDB or Eclipse.
