GNU ARM Eclipse QEMU v2.7.0-20161029* released

Version 2.7.0-201610290751 is a new stable release, following the offfical QEMU releases.

Changes

In addition to the official QEMU changes, the only small functional improvement is a patch that allows silent Windows setups to install in a custom location, using the /D command line switch.
