Windows Build Toold

The main program is make.exe, released under GPLv3.

The other programs (sh.exe, rm.exe, …) are actually copyes of BusyBox, released under GPLv2.

OpenOCD

xPack OpenOCD is released under exactly the same license as the original OpenOCD, GPLv2.

QEMU

The xPack QEMU Arm is released under exactly the same license as the original QEMU, GPLv2.
